RETURNING A FAULTY PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY

If your product has developed a fault within 36 months of purchase please follow the instructions below to return the item to us for repair or replacement.

STEP 1

Enclose a covering letter with the following information;

  • Your full name and address
  • Description of the fault or problem with your product
  • Any different return address you may require
  • A copy of your original proof of purchase
  • Contact email or daytime telephone number is essential
